tips to become slim


Have you made your resolution to get rid of those extra fat from your body. Then read on the following tips and follow 4 - 5 of the tips faithfully. This will surely make changes to get rid of those extra weights from your body.
Go for Soup or water before your Meals
Make yourself soup of mixed vegetables , greens. Soup will be filling and nourishing. Take a cup of soup before your meals to decrease your overall calories intake.
If you cannot go for soup daily, drink water before your meals.This will decrease the intake of meals which will cut down the calories intake.
Do not finish the leftovers
Don't think that you should finish everything on the same day and do not have guilt feeling that you are wasting food. You can either give it to others or refrigerate the food instead of stuffing it into your stomach. IF you feel that your stomach is full, do not eat after that because the food is getting wasted.

Give your body the energy at right time
If you want a sense of well being and energy, give your body the right form, so that it works well. Everyone of our body has its own biological clock which will follow in regular cycles. So it is better to keep your meal time at the same time every day. If you learn to respect this cycles, slimming will be easier.
Eat Slowly

Never eat too fast or too slow. Have some moderate time to finish your meals. Eating at moderate speed will slow down the intake of food. Which in return will cut down extra calories. Eating fast will tend to fill your stomach as much as possible within short time. So do not eat fast. Take at least 20 minutes for each of your meal.
Eat Raw Vegetables
Eating raw(uncooked ) vegetables such as carrot, cucumber, onion, peas, cabbage etc. will help in reducing the calories. Make a point that at least once in a day you will have a cup of vegetables and fruits. Adding more vegetables and less carbohydrate will help in reducing your extra fat.
Hydrate yourself
Drink at least eight glasses of water a day. Also eat high water content food that will help you lose weight. Examples are watermelon, oranges, pineapples, tomatoes and cucumber.

Healthy Snacks
Avoid that calorie rich potato chips or deep fried items for your snacks. Even biscuits are rich in calorie. Instead much on cucumber or apple which will give you vitamins and minerals.
